The Holistic Birth Doula Package

This package is great for moms going through their first pregnancy or first natural birth.

  • Consultation


  • 1-4 prenatal visits (1-2hrs)



    • nutrition and exercise, dream birth, physiologic birth, postpartum and breastfeeding


    • includes belly massage and guided meditation with each prenatal




  • Open-invitation to all monthly group prenatals at the doula’s home (for freebirth, homebirth, and birth center births)


  • Unlimited phone, text and email support


  • 24/7 on-call availability beginning at 38wks


  • Availability to attend your midwifery appointments (to build trust with your birth team and advocate better)


  • Early labor home-visit (1hour)


  • Presence and support during labor and birth (massage, breathing your baby out, reducing tearing, guided meditations)


  • 1-2 hours of immediate postpartum support


  • Amateur photography + birth video


  • Birth room ambiance (himalayan salt lamp, essential oil diffuser, blood orange mist, arnica massage oil)


  • Hand written birth story


  • Gift basket with my favorite postpartum goodies


  • 2 postpartum visits (2-3hrs)

As your birth doula, my top priority is to support you and your choices for your desired birth. I offer a variety of birth support throughout pregnancy and postpartum including holistic treatment options to combat common complications, information and hands-on demonstrations of different pain relief techniques, troubleshooting lactation complications, and so much more. I will be dedicated to the care of not only you, but your partner as well as you traverse this uncharted territory together during labor.

Share your birth experience with your children

I am an experienced CPR & First Aid certified nanny with 8+ years under my belt helping children of all ages and developmental stages. My desire with this role is to give the mother time to relax and fall into her birthing rhythm while having an extra set of hands to care for her children during her birth.

-Pre-birth visit to meet your children and learn about your birth preferences

-Doula attendance to your midwifery appointments to build trust with your birth team and family

-Childcare during birth

-Postpartum visit to debrief birth

-CPR and first aid certified

Holistic Postpartum Doula

Receive the kind of care during your first 3 months postpartum that every mother deserves. Fill your cup as you bond and breastfeed knowing that you and your family are taken care of with emotional support, nourishing foods, light housekeeping and baby care. Laurynn offers a European style of postpartum care teaching you how to thrive in your everyday life without falling into a cycle of adapting to your baby’s schedule. She shows mothers how to live life with a baby as 2nd nature and as a normal addition to your life, encouraging baby to adapt to your lifestyle and helping you to thrive in daily outtings as a new mom or ease the transition of another child.

*This schedule was inspired by the Netherlands which has some of the best maternity and postpartum care in the world.

-Pre-birth home visit: to meet your family and prepare for your postpartum dreams (all scheduling will be taken care of before your birth so that you do not have to be on your phone planning visits postpartum. You can sleep and your doula will take care of the rest, stopping by to check in on you here and there)

-Weeks 1-2 Postpartum: 10 days (4hrs each) of care, offering cooking, laundry, changing bed sheets, belly, foot or head massages, cleaning up from a homebirth, caring for your baby while you take a bath or eat, holding the baby in the early hours while you balance your husband’s work schedule, breastfeeding support, taking care of your family, birth debrief, cooking, making comfrey tea for perineal rinses to help heal any soreness) or tearing after birth, vaccuming, watching over older children, drawing baths/sitz baths and brewing batches of herbal tea

-Weeks 3-12 Postpartum: 2 visits a week (6 hours each), includes meal prepping of 5 lunches for you to eat through the week, 2 breastfeeding snacks and a soup or dinner of your choice. One outting a week helping to normalize life with a newborn (going out for coffee, having an extra set of hands going to the park, whitewater center, rock climbing, farmers market or other events) 

Birth Planning

This service is best for mothers who aren't local

I’m happy to help you become more educated about your options and come up with a comprehensive birth plan of your dreams. 

  • Birth vision questionnaire complete with everything birth-related you can think of, including a plan for when things do not go according to plan


  • Prenatal visit (1-3 hours) to go in depth, discuss any questions, and finalize your birth plan


  • 5 printed copies of your organized birth plan to hand out to your birth team


A La Carte Doula Services

Customize and schedule your preferred ammount of hours and services to meet your personal needs. Customized packages available upon request.

$200 - 2 hour in-home prenatal visit/birth class with belly massage

$1,400 - birth support only and 2 hrs immediate postpartum

$200 - 3 hour in-home postpartum visit (meal included)

$35/hr - postpartum care (minimum of 4 hrs/visit)

$250 - placenta encapsulation

$25 - placenta tincture


Doula clients receive 20% off of placenta encapsulation price and complimentary tincture.
